Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing effective and efficient brand and marketing plans across online and offline channels
• Being able to clearly demonstrate the brand value of Atome and deliver the right messaging to our merchants and consumers
• Spearheading the strategic and tactical execution of consumer-facing marketing campaigns from driving brand awareness and traffic to acquisition and conversion
• Collaborating with Business Development and merchant success teams to create comprehensive marketing plans for key clients
• Working closely with the merchant success team to support partners’ success
• Owning the local budget planning of all channels such as social media, search, OOH, in-store marketing, events, and PR
• Continually gaining insights on local consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Understanding key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide campaign results, analyses and forecasts and report to senior management on a regularly basis

Job Qualifications:

• A strong track record of 5-7 years’ experience in marketing with a mix of digital, offline, brand, performance marketing, partnership, user acquisition and retention.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Experience in lifestyle, e-commerce and retail business is highly desired
• Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude
• Strong team management, project management and decision making skills
• Advanced knowledge in social media and influencers marketing is preferred
• Extensive experience leading and planning marketing initiatives that deliver results and ability to tell stories that can drive fan engagement across platforms
